Breakfast for Learning is a national charity that educates, and empowers communities to deliver school based nutrition programs, helping children and youth realize their full potential in life.

To ensure all children and youth in Canada attend school well nourished, improving their ability to learn, giving them the best chance of success in life.

• Dominion Lending Centres CME in Surrey, B.C., held their First Annual Fun Golf Tournament this September and over 75 mortgage professionals took part, raising $5,000 in support of Breakfast for Learning nutrition programs. Read more.

• Welcome to the TELUS Victoria Community Board!
  Breakfast for Learning is pleased to welcome the TELUS Victoria Community Board to our family of supporters.  Their generosity has helped Breakfast for Learning provide meaningful support to school nutrition programs in the Victoria area, ensuring students have the opportunity to attend school well nourished and ready to learn.

“On behalf of all of the children and youth we serve in Victoria, we would like to thank TELUS for their generous donation of $20,000” said Wendy Wong, President and CEO, Breakfast for Learning.   “This support allows Breakfast for Learning to continue its support of priority, high-needs nutrition programs in the Victoria school district, allowing students who would otherwise attend school hungry to start their day well-nourished and ready to learn."

When kids are hungry, it’s hard to learn.  Thanks to TELUS, the future is looking brighter for kids in the Victoria area.
