BFL AWARD FOR INSPIRATION AND
Jean MacKay is a long-time volunteer with Breakfast for Learning and the Saskatchewan Nutrition Advisory Council for Kids. Jean's humble leadership serves as an inspiration to all those who work with her, or have been impacted by her work. Whether it be garnering government support for child nutrition, raising funds for local nutrition programs or rolling up her sleeves to serve nutritious meals to students - Jean is busy working wherever there is a need. Jean's determined, optimistic attitude helps ensure children are receiving healthy food to give them the energy they need to stay alert and engaged in class This positive attitude garners many accomplishments including (just to name a few!):
