Helpful Tips

• Vouchers are sold in booklets of 20 vouchers each. These booklets cannot be divided.
• Nutrition programs can order as many times as necessary. Orders will be fulfilled as long as product is available.
• Voucher quantities are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis.
• BFL is unable to provide refunds, credits, or exchanges on vouchers, so make sure not to order more than necessary.
• Sharing of vouchers with other programs is not permitted
• Vouchers are only redeemable at certain participating grocers. Please ensure your grocery store accepts vouchers prior to purchasing.

• To avoid any inconvenience to your program, place your next order before you run out of vouchers. Breakfast for Learning works hard to process your orders as quickly as possible, however, please allow some extra time for deliveries during peak months as delays can occur.
• Placing orders online is only available to returning voucher program participants. If your program is new to the voucher program, please submit your registration and first order form by mail using the hard copy form.
• When placing orders online, BFL will not release the ordered vouchers until payment is received. Please send cheque into BFL as soon as possible.
• When ordering vouchers by mail, please double check the math on your form to ensure your cheque is for the correct amount before sending in your order. When payments are incorrect, it can cause delays in our ability to process your order.
• Please either use the online ordering system or send in order form with payment - BFL will not accept orders by fax.
• When using the vouchers for fresh produce (Oranges, Apples, Bananas), you can use multiple vouchers to pay for one order. For example – to purchase $9.00 worth of apples, simply submit 3 vouchers (@ $3.00 value each). Change cannot be provided.
• Vouchers expire on June 30, 2012, Please be careful not to over-order, as we are unable to provide any refunds, credits, or exchanges.
