Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 cups (625 mL) water
- 1 cup (250 mL) apricot nectar or orange juice
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped dried apricots
- 3 tbsp (50 mL) liquid honey
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
- 2 cups (500 mL) quick-cooking rolled oats (not instant)
Preparation:
In saucepan, bring water, apricot nectar, apricots, honey, cinnamon and salt to boil; stir in rolled oats. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
